Minimum Stay - 2 nights.
High Season (April 15 - Aug. 31) - Weekly - $2600, Weekend
Per Night - $500, Midweek per night - $500, Extra Night -
$500, Minimum Stay - 2 nights.

High Season (April 12, 2008 -- Aug. 9) - Weekly $2800, per

Aug. 9 -- Aug. 30 - Use low season rate - Weekly $1400, per

Week of Aug. 30 - Sept 6 (LABOR DAY WEEK) - Use high season
rate - $2800 week, per night $560
Sept 6 -- Jan 1, 2009 - Use low season rate - Weekly $1400,
per night $350
Booking:
A $500.00 Reservation Deposit
is required at booking. The remaining balance will be
charged to your booking credit card 30 days prior to your
check-in date. The same valid credit card is required for
both the reservation deposit and the remaining balance.
Payment may be paid by Visa or MasterCard.
There will be an $95.00 cleaning fee applied to all visits.
Cancellations:
You have the right to cancel
with 30 days written cancellation notice. All advance funds
will be returned less a $50 cancellation fee. If written
notice is received less than 30 days prior to arrival, 50%
of all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can
re-book your rental dates. No refunds will be given for
early departure, as you are responsible for the entire time
booked once within the non-cancellation period.
Travel
Insurance: You are
being advised to secure travel insurance to protect you
against any cancellations that may occur.
